small room constant noise

The location was central to everything I wanted to see, so that part was acceptable.

The room was small. The photos online showed a much larger space, but in reality, it felt cramped. I could barely turn around. To top it off, the noise from the street was constant. Sleep was difficult with the trams and people outside, it was really irritating

the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was walkable to many places.

the room was very tiny and the bathroom was as well. i did not feel like i had enough space to move around comfortably. this made it hard to relax after a long day.

the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. i also found the room provided a good number of towels, which i appreciated.

The stairs were very steep. This made access difficult. i also noticed the hotel lacked a lift, which complicated moving luggage.

The staff was very helpful in providing directions and recommendations. My room included a nice balcony where smoking was permitted. The location provided quick access to attractions. The 24-hour desk proved convenient for late arrivals and early departures.

The staircase was steep and narrow, making luggage transport challenging.

The building features a charming character though it lacks an elevator therefore guests should prepare for stairs. The building design includes a shared open area for guest use. A 24-hour reception desk is available.

Coffee is available at the reception area however it requires a separate payment. Common breakfast areas can sometimes experience untidiness on tables. The coffee machine at reception broke and was not repaired .

The staff offered commendable service. They readily provided helpful information. The staff was courteous and available to assist at all hours. Daily bedding changes were provided .

The hotel is centrally located. Many sights are within a 20-minute walk. This location offers superb convenience to local establishments. Some of the best local bars are nearby.

The location proved advantageous. MANY points of interest were close by. staff members displayed kindness and a cute attitude. The room offered a pleasing VIEW from the balcony.

the staircase was quite steep, posing challenges with luggage. the room lacked tea or coffee making facilities. i noticed limited cleanliness , disappointing.
