The location was central to everything I wanted to see, so that part was acceptable.
The room was small. The photos online showed a much larger space, but in reality, it felt cramped. I could barely turn around. To top it off, the noise from the street was constant. Sleep was difficult with the trams and people outside, it was really irritating

the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. i also found the room provided a good number of towels, which i appreciated.
The stairs were very steep. This made access difficult. i also noticed the hotel lacked a lift, which complicated moving luggage.

The staff was very helpful in providing directions and recommendations. My room included a nice balcony where smoking was permitted. The location provided quick access to attractions. The 24-hour desk proved convenient for late arrivals and early departures.
The staircase was steep and narrow, making luggage transport challenging.
